Qualified candidates are invited to apply under the following departments:

  • Procurement Management (PRM)
    • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Procurement Management
    • Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Procurement Management
  • Sustainable Environmental Studies (SES)
    • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Sustainable Environmental Studies
    • Master of Science (M.Sc.) with specialization in:
      • Livelihood and Environmental Resource Management
      • Environmental Risk Assessment and Management
      • Geographic and Environmental Information System
      • Climate Change and Natural Resource Management
  • Sustainable Social Development (SSD)
    • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Sustainable Social Development
    • Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Social Development

General Admission Requirements

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):
    • Minimum of five (5) O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English Language.
    • For SES: English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and two others from Physics, Biology, Geography, or Agriculture.
    • Bachelor’s Degree not lower than Third Class in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
    • Alternatively, HND with a minimum of Credit in relevant fields may be considered.
  • Master of Science (M.Sc.):
    • Minimum of five (5) O’ Level credits including Mathematics and English Language.
    • For SES: English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and two others from Physics, Biology, Geography, or Agriculture.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree with at least Second Class Lower Division in a relevant discipline.
    • PGD holders in relevant fields may also be considered.
    • Note: Candidates with HND or Education certificates are not eligible for M.Sc., but may apply for PGD.

Programme Duration & Delivery

  • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): 12 months
  • Master of Science (M.Sc.): 18 months
  • Mode of delivery is Hybrid (Physical and Virtual)

Tuition & Fees

The programme is tuition-free for Public Servants. Other University municipal charges will apply.

Aptitude Test & Application Process

Applicants will be required to take an online Aptitude Test on Thursday, 9th April 2026 by 11:00am. Further details, including test requirements and application guidelines, are available on the Centre’s website and social media platforms.
